Noel arrived at Discovery Bay Veterinary Clinic in 2022, bringing over 25 years of experience in veterinary medicine. With a clinical background in general practice, emergency, and specialty settings, Noel has devoted the past 9 years to non-clinical roles, including inventory management, practice management, and operational positions in the veterinary industry. 

Noel has completed the three-year requirements and examination for his CVPM credential, and recently received certification in Mental Health First Aid. He also has active memberships in the California Veterinary Medical Reserve Corps, the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association, the San Joaquin Veterinary Medical Association, and Co-Chairs the Education Committee for Not One More Vet (an organization dedicated to ongoing support for the mental well-being of veterinary professionals).

Noel is especially fond of Boston Terriers and may sneak into an exam to say hi if he knows one is here! He is also a huge Raider fan (who is learning to cope with Dr. Gray's own football loyalties), as well as an Oakland A's fan. He looks forward to meeting the Discovery Bay clients as his time here grows, and is genuinely proud to now be a part of this team and community.
