Mia started her career in veterinary medicine in 2018, and has been at Discovery Bay Veterinary Clinic since 2020. She is a recent graduate from Carrington College Veterinary Technician Program, obtaining her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. She will soon be taking the final step in obtaining her RVT license: the VTNE test.  

Her passion for animals has lead to this career path with a particular clinical interest in anesthetic procedures and surgical assistance. Mia currently has a cat named Simba, enjoys beach and mountain environments and enjoys attending Raider games. She loves the Disco Bay Veterinary Clinic as it provides the perfect learning environment to grow and enhance her clinical skill sets, and enjoys the “family vibe” of or team, and the relationships we have established for over 30 years!
