Dr. Stephanie Liao is a California Bay Area native. After completing her undergraduate degree in Integrative Biology at UC Berkeley, she attended the Kansas State University School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2017. Since then, she’s practiced in Salinas and Vallejo before settling in the middle at Discovery Bay. Companion exotic medicine is her primary area of interest, but she enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine for all the species seen here at Discovery Bay Veterinary Clinic.  

In her free time, Dr. Liao enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing with her two cats, tabletop games, and being an overly attentive plant lady.
